St. Joseph School is able to offer a variety of services to provide additional support to students in need. Some of these services are provided with the assistance of District 39, our local public school district.
Reading Support Services: St. Joseph School offers an early assessment of reading skills to determine whether a child requires additional support. If needed, St. Joseph School has a reading specialist who works with students individually to improve essential reading skills including comprehension and fluency.
Speech and Language Support: Through District 39, St. Joseph School offers an early assessment of speech and language abilities to determine whether a child requires additional support. If needed, District 39 works with St. Joseph School to provide the necessary specialists to work with students individually.
School Counselor: St. Joseph School offers on site counselor services for student and group facilitated conversations.
