Ms. Maria Guida

Ms. Guida studied mathematics and education at Villanova University. While at Villanova, she was also the President of the Math Club. She received her Master’s in Education from Loyola University Chicago. Prior to coming to St. Joseph’s, Ms. Guida spent time substitute teaching in both public and private schools and has worked at different camps around the country.

She also spent time teaching English in Italy in a full-immersion summer camp focused on interactive education. Prior to St. Joseph, she taught at St. Hillary as well as St. Pascal in Chicago. Ms. Guida is very excited to be teaching math and religion to the junior high.

Ms. Guida loves her Catholic faith, traveling, and playing baseball. She is looking forward to a wonderful year at St. Joseph’s sharing her love of math and religion!
