Preparation for the Future
6th through 8th Grade
Junior High at St. Joseph engages students in a challenging, faith-based curriculum developing skills that will ensure they are prepared to succeed both academically and emotionally at the high school level. Our focus is to shape students into critical and independent thinkers that are able to assess and then articulate a clear and persuasive point of view.
In order to address the unique needs of 6th – 8th graders, academics are organized by department and grade level with a dedicated homeroom teacher. Our goal is to create an environment where students are able to work at their own pace while offering them an opportunity to attend accelerated programs through local high schools as needed.
