Construction
was completed on the Trailblazer Resource
Center (TRC), which houses a computer lab and
the school library.
Facts about
the Technology Program and our Trailblazer Resource Center:
- TRC houses workstations for 21 students, instructor laptop, laser
printers, white board wall, and a projector.
- Teacher
training is provided by workshops offered by the Archdiocese, Tech Director Jennifer McCaleb, and specified Technology Inservice Days.
- All classrooms have computer workstations, and classrooms in grades 5-8 house laptops in a wireless environment.
- All teachers have access to projectors, digital cameras, and scientific data collectors to facilitate seamless integration of technology-supported lesson plans.
- The continued promotion of technology supported education is ensured by the Technology Advisory Committee, a parent and teacher committee which is called on by the School Board.
