In case of
illness at school, the student's parent or guardian will be contacted.
Parents should come to the school office to pick up their child.

the child from school. If a parent cannot be contacted, the school
will try to reach the next person listed on the Emergency Form.
Please keep your Emergency Form up to date with current telephone
