Choir
The St. Joseph Children's Choir is open to singers in 3rd through
8th grade. The Children's Choir sings about once a month at
the 9:00 a.m. Mass on Sunday or at the 5:00 p.m. Mass on Saturday,
at special music events, and at off-campus venues. Participation
in Children's choir will give students another way of deepening
their faith and praising God. Children will develop vocal skills,
listening skills, musical literacy, musical concepts that lead
to expressive singing, and the ability to follow and respond to
conducting. The Children's Choir rehearses Wednesdays from 4:00-5:20pm for Boys and from 4:40-6:00pm for Girls. If interested, contact Walt Horn or Sister Henrica Buchert at the Rectory(847-251-0771).

using fifty bronze-cat English handbells. Note reading skills
