St. Joseph School is located in Wilmette, Illinois, a northeast suburb of Chicago. The school sits on the corner of Lake Avenue and Ridge Road across from St. Joseph Church. The school is conveniently located near I-94 expressway and Green Bay and Sheridan Roads. The village of Wilmette is serviced by Metra and El trains as well as the PACE bus system.

From 1-94 South: Take the Skokie exit. At the second stoplight, turn left onto Lake Avenue. Go east on Lake Avenue until you reach the school at 1740 Lake Avenue (corner of Ridge Road and Lake Avenue). The school is on the North East corner, across the street from St. Joseph Church.
